Committee Member - Currently Seeking A New Treasurer ?
It’s inevitable that there are always changes within a committee and for the past two years we have been seeking a treasurer, as our treasurer no longer lives in the area, though he agreed to stay on until we found someone. If you are interested in helpingnus out, their is very little movement in the account, this only happens if we need a
to buy a new set of pads, or a new defibrillator. If you know of anyone please get in touch. Tel; Shona 07846779013
We Are Seeking A Painter
It’s Been A Few Years
No....not that kind of painter!
We were very fortunate to have Jim Redpath who did a wonderful job of painting the old box. We want to keep the phone box looking really good. It's good to know one or two people we can call on when the need comes around so it doesn't always have to fall on Jim's shoulders all the time.
Seeking Reporters !!
What Does A Reporter Do?
This is the most important role that we have in our charity. A Reporter is someone who checks the Muchty Defibrillators every week in life! There is a Reporters Rota so it’s only once in a while.
You are trained what to look for - following a list of checks. Its vital this is done on a weekly basis because our defibrillators should be Ready - Available - & - Working! The defibrillators have already saved lives in Muchty, so come and be part of our movement to save lives?!!
We now have a sign above the phone box saying ‘defibrillator’ so that everyone knows that it’s no longer a phone box!
